About Me

Hello I'm so happy your visiting my website. I've been a massage therapist since I was 19 years old. I've worked on those from 12 years old to senior citizens, those that are active or in-active, and those that have complicated medical histories. I have been trained in sports massage, orthopedic and medical massage. I'm a Certified Dr Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage and Decongestive Therapist. I believe in using all of my training and education in every session. When you have a session with me you are paying for my time not the particular techniques I would use during the session. 

Massage therapy isn't just a career, it's my passion. I look forward each year to attending continuing education opportunities to expand my skill sets to provide the best service for my clients. I chose clinical massage to specialize in because I've met many people that experienced the lack of long term physical therapy benefits. I am not a physical therapist. However, for several of those people, receiving massage therapy from an advanced educated massage therapist can give added value to the home exercises they were directed to do.

I've been married to a wonderful man for over 37 years. We have 2 beautiful daughters, a great son in law and 2 grand children. We've lived in Ohio, South Carolina, and Texas because the company my husband worked for moved us around. Now that he has retired we made our final move to Gallatin, TN. We are so happy to be in this area and so close to our grand children.
